1) WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU SELL?

We carry all of the most popular commercial, light commercial & high end residential gym equipment. Treadmills, Ellipticals, Exercise Bikes, Stair Steppers, Rowers, Circuit Weight Machines, Cable Cross Overs, Multi Gyms, Benches, Dumbbells, Accessories and more. 

Everything from cardio to strength equipment we can offer in 1 piece to full gym packages. Everything we sell will come with a warranty and 100 day money back guarantee. 

 

2) WHEN WILL MY MACHINE SHIP?

Most pre owned products require technicians to inspect, disassemble, rebuild and reassemble, testing, packaging and palletizieing. will ship in 2-4 weeks and new products in 1-2 weeks or depending on the factory's schedule but all updated shipping times will be confirmed with you via email. If you need rush shipping, it will cut the shipping time in half and in most cases just 2-3 business days until they leave the factory. 4) HOW WILL IT BE DELIVERED?

Due to the quality and size of commercial and high end residential fitness equipment we mostly ship fully assembled and products that can be up to 500+ pounds. That said, the packages are very large and will require that lift-gate service be applied to the order. We will ALWAYS include the lift gate for Free. 

The freight carriers will assist with bring the unit down to ground level CURBSIDE of your home or business using the lift-gate. The drivers are NOT responsible for any of the following: installing into your residence/bringing past the curb of your home, un-packaging the equipment, or removing the packaging/pallets from your place.

5) WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Just contact us via phone, email or chat to submit a service request. We will confirm within 24 hours and facilitate any replacement part order or service call. 

 

6) WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU SELL?

We're an authorized dealer for some brands and carry some equipment only Brand New. Depending on the product, there may be Clean & Serviced and Certified equipment available. You can click under the price and see what we currently offer including price and warranty.
