After going through their design process they created a package with everything we needed including cardio, strength machines and installation. They kept in touch with shipping updates and we received everything sooner than anticipated. Our members loved the equipment and 3 months later when we expanded we decided to buy another package. I just bought a treadmill from Gym Experts and it is amazing. I was tired of working out at the gym and wanted to buy a treadmill for home because that is all I was using at the gym anyway so figured that I could save myself money in the long run by buying my own treadmill. I was online looking for the kind of treadmill that they use at orange theory because I loves the free motion treadmills. I came across the gym experts site and as soon as I was looking around I got a pop up from the help to see if I needed help and they were awesome. They worked with my budget and I was able to get the treadmill that I wanted. I got the treadmill within a week and they set it up and everything. They also worked with my crazy work schedule and came in the evening after 630 like I needed. They kept in contact with me to let me know that they were on schedule, etc. The workers that came to set it up were friendly and very efficient. I would definitely buy from them again. It was easy, economical and quick. They were extremely professional and courteous. I am looking to finish off my gym room at home and will definitely be using them to buy more equipment.

For weeks I was searching for a Nustep for my mother who just finished using one in pt. I called multiple places but everyone was either quoting months until delivery or they tried switching me to something else. Once I spoke to Grant at Gym Experts I knew I found the right company. They delivered the Nustep to my mom within the week and even carried it inside and set it up for her. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

I was having a challenging time finding a company who could deliver the Precor I wanted into my basement area before Christmas. I called Gym Experts and they walked me through their entire installation process. I was sold. They delivered it in time fully assembled and then their technicians broke it down and moved it where I wanted. After they reassembled it and tested it with me I brought my wife downstairs to check it out (it was a present for her). It looked brand new and our expectations were blown away. These guys are the real deal.
