This is a very important aspect and should be considered first. Think about electrical outlets and requirements. Also consider the height and weight of the machine to make sure it fits in your space.
Don't just assume the price includes Free "white glove service" which is delivery, taking it inside to the room of choice and full assembly because it does not. 99% of gym equipment ships curbside to your property. Here's what to expect with our delivery process.
2) When will it ship?
Did you know it can take some companies a few months before they can ship equipment?
With the exception of some special order products, we ship out within 1-3 business days. We also send live tracking updates so you always know where your order is at. 
3) What if I want to cancel?
There is time and money that goes into processing and preparing your order. If you want to cancel your order after it ships be prepared to pay a standard of shipping cost both ways and a restocking fee.

All we ask is that you try out the equipment and if you're not 100% satisfied, package it up and call or email our support department within 100 days and we'll pick it up and give you a full refund.
